Fists of Righteous Harmony

This is a based on a riff that I was calling AK47 to the scrotum. I have added a few more parts and recorded it. I am looking to work with some people to help come up with the final arrangement and then add Solos, real drummer, and some vocals.

The title is the english translation for Yihe tuan???. This was a group of Chinese that fought against the English in the 1890s. The belived that they had magic powers and could not be killed by bullets. Unfoutunitly for them, it did not work out so well.

This music is somewhat technical, extremely heavy yet musical. We still need a bass player and a producer to complete this project.

Here is a new mix with a bass part that I have added. I have also added a new vocal part to the end. I have simplified it a bit by ripping out most of the guitar parts so that there are no more then 2 guitars at a time. I have messed with the guitar sounds a bit and now they sound a bit more aggressive.

File Description:In this mix, I combined the rest of the guitar tracks. It was a bit difficult to mix the guitars together and keep them distinct from one another, but I did alright. It's still a rough mix, but as the bass and vocals are introduced, it should change dramatically. It should work for now though.

File Description:In this mix, I broke down the rhythm guitar parts and did some more EQ tweaks. Because I could isolate the guitars, I could pick them apart easier and fit them in the mix much better. At somewhere around 00:30-00:40 of the original, there's an eighth note pause that threw the timing. I took it out but if you want it in there, I could mix it back in. It seemed to flow better this way. Thanks for the tracks Sharkboy. Put up the lead tracks so I could mix those in, too.
